An Australian telecommunications and media company which builds and operates telecommunications networks and markets voice, mobile, internet access, pay television and other entertainment products and services.
One of the initial RPA use cases for this large telecommunications provider was to support a customer plan enhancement program to migrate customers on older plans. The program faced the constraint of 61 working days to execute in it’s entirety.
