Our model is designed to ensure you only pay for what you need and use and comprises of a Base Fee + PAYG

Base Fee

  • Helpdesk Access Fee – $1,500 pcm *1
  • “Control Room” managed service (Optional) – Monthly fee in addition to PAYG. PoA based on environment complexity / scale

+ PAYG*

  • 1 unit = 1 hr
  • Valid for 12 months
  • Unused units can be carried over to use for consulting, training or ad-hoc services by agreement
